THe last week or so I haven't really gotten much sleep other than about an hour at a time. All three of my kids are sick. My sixteen month old keeps waking and crying about every hour. THe little one is waking for a couple feeds a night so not sure that my chart is anyway near accurate. What are your thought? Should not brother to continue charting this month and just wait until after my next period?

Well, that's up to you...you could try to keep temping at the same time everyday, but just mark them as sleep deprived.

Good luck--hope you get some sleep soon!!!!

I too would keep temping and marking them as sleep deprived. Is better to stay in the habit of temping instead of slacking for the rest of a cycle and hoping to get back into the habit next cycle. :-)

Good luck!
