A little off topic..

Okay so this is a little off topic, but I thought I would share!

About 2 weeks ago, I went to the doctor as I diagnosed myself with a yeast infection, sure enough I had a yeast infection, so my GYN gave me 4 pills of the 1 day pill, I took 2 of them, he wanted me to take one but because of the servarity of the infection he told me to take another one in 72 hours if my symptoms continued, blah blah blah. Well I had to take the second one. Now I have th other 2 just so I don't have to go back to the doc again, seeing I know what a yeast infection is.

So anyway it went away, all was good great grand.

So last night, Dh and I did the BD and while we were, I felt like I was on fire down there all of a suddon, it wasn't much fun at all. So I go to the bathroom right after and look, and sure enough I was red. So I freaked out like I had something wrong with me, I wasn't itchy, swollen, nor did I have a discharge, like the symptoms of a yeast infection. So paranoid me, I called this morning and made a doctor appointment. I went in at 10:30, he checked me (and nothing like laying there spread eagle and the medical assistant he brings in while he does my exam is someone I went to school with, NICE, I know). So he says to me, well you aren't red now, you don't have a discharge, but you do have a tear!! I was like WHAT how does that happen!!!!! He said give it a week before you BD again, blah blah blah. I was like okie dokie.

So I asked him, would that make me red around "that" area (points to the picture he was using to show me where my tear was) and he said yes, its sensitive right now. Then he said but as of the moment you aren't red, you need to let it heal. Okay will do!

So then I say to him, I am feeling like my girls are really tender and I have NEVER had tender girls before my period, is it too early to test? (which I knew it was, I just wanted his opinion on it) I said could it be because I am not on my BCP anymore? He said, its too early for a urine test, but isn't too early for a blood test. So he sent me down to the lab to get my blood drawn. Now mind you, I didn't eat ANYTHING all day when I had gone, I wasn't expecting my blood to be drawn, so here I am shaking like crazy as she is trying to draw my blood. So I will have the results back from that tomorrow. I don't expect that I am preggo, but he wanted to test me because while he was checking me down there, to make convo he asked what I was doing this weekend and I said going to see Rascal Flatts in concert, and he knows we are TTC and with tender girls he just wanted to test me. So when he said goodbye he said do me a favor, and if your test comes back positive don't drink on Saturday.

So, I will know tomorrow, I will let everyone know what my results are!!

Will be interested in seeing what the blood test says but we both know that even if it is negative, it's still early!

Well, he said that a blood test will tell for sure. I so I dunno. I think if it came back negative, I will test again Saturday morning, then again Monday. He said it is too early for the urine though. Only time will tell!!

I know it is exciting to be cycle buddies! If neither of us get a BFP this cycle, hopefully we will be cycle buddies again! How long is your cycle? 28 days?

Thank you! At least I won't have to use any of my good HPT's I can use the cheapies this weekend if it comes back negative.

But I may not even try to test again. I may just take the word. He says it will tell me if I am or not. So I may not even waste any of my cheapies.

Crossing my fingers for a BFP!!!

My last 4 cycles have been 29, 28, 30, and 32 days (with luteal phase lengths of 12, 12, 13, 13). Based on ovulation this cycle should be about 28 days.

Is it Saturday yet...? I want to test! (Am completely jealous that you got a blood test!)

The June DDC should be coming up any day now!

That would be so awesome to be in the same due date club together!!! Fingers crossed, toes crossed, and everything else that is possible to cross is crossed for us!!! Keep us posted!!

Oh lordy...the June 2009 ddc? I was in the June 2008 DDC!

How weird! Who knows...maybe I'll be there again????

I dunno, I called at 11:30 and they said my chart was on the doctors desk for reviewing. *shruggs shoulders* I have been sitting on my phone all day waiting to hear back from them!!! HURRY UP PEOPLE! He did say I will hear something back today, so they have until about 4 to get back to me! I might give them until like 3ish then call back.
