Does anyone here take their temp vaginally? I took my temp orally for my last 2 cycles and just started taking it vaginally because I have read that the temps might be a little more consistent. I'm only CD 11 so it's hard to tell much of a difference except that my temps are higher.

If you do temp this way can you definitely see a difference on your chart? Is it easier to detect ovulation?

I did when I was charting. I think it's better because it's more stable--you don't have to worry about whether or not you slept with your mouth open. You just have to make sure that you don't go back and forth between the two!!!

I definitely see a huge difference in my chart since I switched. Much easier to detect ovulation.
