Alright I am new to charting and taking Ovulation tests. My question is where on my chart would I put when I ovulate. I have a spot for it. I got a positive today. Do I put it today or what ?? I am not even sure if this makes sense

The ovulation test is positive 12-36 hours before ovulation occurs (and it's not a guarantee that you will ovulate, it just means your body is trying to).

You can confirm ovulation after it happens either by evaluating your cervical mucus pattern or with basal temps. The CM should become wet and slippery, and then dry up abruptly. The last day that it is slippery is known as the mucus Peak day. Ovulation usually occurs on the Peak day, the day after, and up to two days after. Once ovulation has occurred, the basal temperature will rise. Once you see 3 temps which are higher than the previous 6 temps, you can confirm ovulation.
