work what does temp rise mean and then fall again

an dwhen should you o on the rise?

Are you charting online? It's difficult to tell without checking your chart. It depends on what CD you're on, what you CM is like. Temps can fluctuate throughout the cycle so it really is tricky to comment.

cm has been yellow and creamy

symptoms backache,cramping I think I am only

3dpo felt all the signs for 2days then

still alittle today,felt different when bding...

its my first proper cycle since stopping breastfeeding.

not felt any 0 symptoms before this

not managed to sort out ff charting am on to it .not sure if a high

rise in temp is a good sign. do you have a chart for me to see?

How do you know for sure you are 3DPO? Sorry to ask, just for confirmation
