I slept in today i ususally temp @ 7:30 and i didnt get up til 9:30. at 9:30 my temp was 97.98 up from 97.41 yesterday. when i used the TCOYF chart it always edited my time when i slept in i wanna say it was .05 for every hour i over slept. do you guys have any clue about that? i cant find anything about it on the internet.

Hmmm I don't know anything about changing the temp.

For me, I would just mark this in FF at the time I took it and it would show up as an open circle on the chart to signify that it is not a 'normal' temp and may need to be overlooked in the grand scheme of things.

Hopefully the other girls here can give better advise

FF has a temp corrector as well, but I would personally just do what Kati suggested

thanks ladies. i used the temp orrector on FF & marked it that i used that. i guess it wasnt too off since i woke up this morning and my temp was 97.91.
