hi all i am new.. but i have a question.. when ur temp goes up is that when u are ovulatng or when it goes down.. Can anyone help me.. i been doing the bbt charting..

Generally up is ovulation. Where are you tracking your charting? Fertility Friend (FF) offers an email based 'course' that will help you understand the basics. Everything from temps to cervical mucus (CM). I took it when I first started and it helped make chart reading a whole lot easier.

There are also books (Taking Charge of Your Fertility... TCOYF).
