How many times a day do you check your cervical position and/or cervical mucous?

I'm fanatical, and this is my first month charting. I check it at least 3 or 4 times a day. That being said, I only log my first mornig check so I keep some continuity to my chart. My CP doesn't change some days, and others it changes a lot. I just like the idea of knowing how it's changing.

I think I still need a couple more cycles to fully understand cervical position though.

I check them both together though.

I try to just check first thing in the morning for continuity. My cervix changes a lot during the day. Since i'm waiting for AF though, lol, i check ALL THE TIME. But nope still hard and closed.

I used to find my CP would change a lot through the day so got into routine of only checking in the morning.
