Well today Jackson woke up at 7:15 so i took my temp then, it was way low at 96.9 so i thought that can't be right so i took it again and it was 97.19. So after i took jack to the potty and nursed him to sleep again i took my temp at my normal time of 8 and it was 97.63 and since it was so much higher i took it again and it was the same soooo what temp would you use? Either way it is a drop just how much of a drop and does it even really matter? Also do you think it could be implantation dip?

I would use the first one. MAYBE the second.

You should temp as soon as you wake up, before you've gotten out of bed... before peeing... etc etc. Once you start to wake up more and do more things, your temperature will start to rise. When charting, you want to use your Basal Body Temperature and that's referring to your temperature basically while you're sleeping... but since you can't temp yourself during sleep, you temp immediately upon waking... before you've done anything.

During the middle of the day, your temperature will likely be around 98.6... if you're healthy. Your temp tends to rise during the day.

So I would likely use that first temp, MAYBE the second.

From looking at your chart... it looks like the temp drop is probably indicating that you're going to start AF. I'm not sure about an implantation dip. It might be. I'm still pretty new at this, lol, sorry.

I would use the first temp but mark it as disregarded, so it's there but not accurate. GL

A temp taken after you get up and move around etc is NOT reliable. It's high because you got up and moved around. :-) I'd make a note of that first one, and hope you get some sleep!!!

Good luck!
