I've been having some very very very light spotting off and on for the last several days, and I'm not sure if I should mark it as spotting on FF. It's really more like pink or red streaks in my CM when I wipe. Hardly anything, I'm sure I wouldn't even notice if I wasn't paying such careful attention.

Also, I've been trying to pay closer attention to cervical position. I've been checking in the morning and the evening, and I find that it changes some days. Higher in the morning, lower at night. Why is that? And how should I mark it on my chart?

I would mark the tinging as spotting. It could be something you need to talk to your doctor about. You could have a tear, a cyst, or something else causing it that often. As far as CP goes it will change throughout the day and your position when you check can affect it as well. That's why they recommend checking at the same time and in the same position each day for charting purposes.

Thanks, I did mark it as spotting I just wasn't sure. And I think I'm going to just forget about marking CP, it confuses me way too much.
