Hi everyone! Im Amber (22 almost 23) SO is Shaun (26) and i have 1 DD from a prev. Relationship.
Im currently on the IUD. But im looking to chart. The reason being is i wanna know when i O. I bought a bunch of O sticks yesterday. And plan to start nov 1st!(Saturday). And take one each day at 1pm!
I wanna start a chart but unsure how. Considering i dont get Periods!!!!! I havent had a period since 2005!.
Anyone know how i'd chart this?

I don't know anything about IUD. But according to a site I just read, you still ovulate. I'm guessing charting your temp would work then. Hopefully someone with more knowledge of IUD can help!

Which IUD do you have? Mirena or the Paragard? With the Mirena, you won't have any periods, so I really wouldn't think that you'd have any kind of cycle to track. You could chart with the Paragard though.

Are you planning on having the IUD removed soon? I would check out the TTC after IUD board, I bet they can answer a ton of questions you might have about IUDs! I hope you get to start charting soon, we're happy to have you here!
