My temps are so high. I've never had pre-O temps this high, especially during AF. Am I nuts?

In my TCOYF book, it said to take the temps during and right after AF with a grain of salt as it's not uncommon for those temps to fluctuate and for you to get odd readings. Don't know if that would help you any, but thought I'd say it.

I generally try not to pay attention to my pre-O temps just because they're usually all over the place. Your hormones jump a lot at the beginning, so it's normal for them to not be stable.
