Just started charting how many rises do

you need to confirm that you O ?

fertilityfriend.com confirms a thermal shift after 3 consecutive higher temps. Also FF is free for the basic membership, I'm charting for the first month and it is super helpful.

You need 3 temps which are higher than the previous 6 temps to confirm ovulation. This should also coincide with the cervical mucus drying up. The last day you had slippery mucus is the day closest to ovulation. The temps should start to rise around the same time, within a few days of the mucus dry up.
