I am not charting temps, but I do follow cervical changes.

I have 2 kids, my first was a c/s and I only dilated to 5 cm, so my PP cervix felt about the same as before I was pregnant.

My second was a vaginal delivery, and I am ready to start tracking cervial changes again and now my cervix feels really weird. More open than before, bumpy, I assume it will be this way from now on, but I am unsure how to tell changes.

When I O, will it still open more? it feels really open yet...

any insight?

some women's cervix always feels open after vaginal delivery. perhaps the position of your cervix would give you more insight at this time. Sorry I'm not much help

I'm not clued up on CP after delivery. But if you keep track of your CM you should do just fine.

Hi and !!!

I've noticed that my cervix feels perpetually open now after delivering my baby in May.

Good luck to you!
