I was about to ask the EXACT same thing! Seriously!
I *just* woke up and had a dip in temperature. My temp is right at the coverline. I was thinking "implantation dip?", but can that happen at only 6 DPO? Isn't that kind of early?
I also had TONS of creamy CM! (sorry TMI)
CP is midway, firm, closed.
What the heck is up with the temp dip???

I hope someone can tell us. I had a dip today at what I think is 5 DPO. I'm trying to prevent, but it's way too early for my period isn't it??
I'm so confused. I wish I had charted better. Of course when I quit temping if when I most likely Oed.

Implantation usually happens between 7-10 days after ovulation/conception. But take all "dips" with a grain of salt, they can happen for lots of other reasons too - sleeping with your mouth open for example. The chance that it's related to implantation is just as high as the chance that it's just a fluke, so you can only really confirm it as an implantation dip after you get your BFP if it seems to have occurred around the right time.

I'm not too worried. Not going anywhere
I mean the worst case for me... I'm not pregnant this month. Not a big deal if that's the case... just try again next month. Just as long as it doesn't take almost three years, like it did with Seamus!
ETA: What do you think the large amount of creamy CM means? It's been creamy for several days and today I had TONS!

It's normal. There is a secondary estrogen surge partway through the Luteal Phase that can result in some more CM again. It shouldn't be as wet or lubricative as the CM before you confirmed O though. It can be a sign of pregnancy, but it can also be normal in non-pregnant cycles too - so back to waiting and seeing! LOL

Nope. What effect would that have??
I know it's supposed to be pretty effective BC.
I just feel like I should have had my period by now.

Breastfeeding helps to suppress fertility when certain conditions are met, so if met those conditions I was going to tell you not to be worried! But since you're not BFing, the first post partum ovulation usually happens at some point within the first 8 weeks PP - but sometimes later too.

It would. Was there any BDing from the 16th - 24th? If there wasn't, then you don't need to be worried either!

Yeah, a lot until I got that +OPK, but we did that morning too.
Don't laugh, my husband is leaving in 3 weeks for Air Force training and we're trying to get in enough to hold us both over for 3 months.

No laughing here - your BDing is entirely up to you! Just trying to see if perhaps you were worrying about pregnancy for no reason, cuz I hate to see people worrying if they don't have to. But......you have reason to.

Yeah, I kind of figured that. It would be fine with me, though I think my husband would need to be revived from being dead on the floor if I told him we were going to have kids less than 11 months apart.
