Hi ladies. Could someone take a look at my chart and maybe toss some advice my way? I think I've been ovulating around the 24th day of each cycle. But this month- my temps seem super low. Could that be because the temps have gotten lower outside- although that sound stupid, but I've been colder lately when I have woken up even though the heat is on. Could that cause my temps to be lower? I'm really just trying to figure out how long til I ovulate... ugh. THanks ladies!!

With this being the first full cycle you have temped, its hard to know if this is a normal pattern for you or not. Some people have really low temps right before O, or this could be related to the weather. Just keep temping and tracking everything and a few more days will tell!

I tried to click on your link. It isn't bringing any chart up?

Hey ladies! Sorry, I'm not sure why the link isn't working. Its actually not the first cycle I've temped, I'm just trying to be more on top of it. Last cycle I missed the middle part due to a vacation. Anyways, I have included the link so hopefully you'll be able to see it. Thanks!!

Well , I am kinda new at this still but if your temp stays up on Thursday I would say that you ovualted on the cd21.

Try to track your CM as it will really help with confirming ovulation.

The CM really confuses me- haha. I guess I'm never really sure if it is definitely fertile EWCM or not. And what with the PCOS and all, I'm not the most reliable ovulator. And my temp seems to be fluctuating alot this cylce. UGH!!!

Is cervical position reliable? I've read about that too- but get confused with checking that too. Is there really a surefire way on either one of those? Thanks
