I had a couple drinks last night and my temp was high this morning. I read that drinking will cause your bbt to rise so I'm not that excited about the temp rise. Anyways, do I check the box that says I drank on yesterday's chart or today's?

I would put it on today, because today's temp is the one that was affected by it. At least that's how I do mine.
