No, you cannot predict an annovulatory cycle and erratic temps are not a sign that the cycle will be annovulatory. It's normal for your temps to fluctuate daily, what matters is the overall pattern, when the whole pattern (even if it's bouncy) shifts up. You can only confirm an annovulatory cycle after it's over.
