When you chart your temp, do you round up with the number? I wasn't and I'm not sure what the accurate way to do so is- like today it was 98.08, I charted it as 98, would others have charted 98.1?
At night, I tend to always have to pee! I get up at least twice, usually around 12-12:30, and again at 4-4:30- the timing is like clockwork! However, I get up at 6:15am- this cuts into the 3-4 hour "non-activity" cycle. Do you think that a quick stagger to the Bathroom in the dark 2 hours before temping is messing me up? Should I start temping at 4 when I'm woken up????
Thoughts?
Thanks for all your help!!!

Getting up will throw off your temp, at least it does mine. And I chart mine as the 4 digit reading. Like 98.08 would be 98.08.

If you don't have enough time just temp at your last bathroom break, my thermometer can recall 1 temp so I don't have to look at it if I'm not ready to get up.

I always charted mine out to the 2nd decimal place. That's what a basal body thermometer is for!
Good luck to you!!!

If you're supposed to Chart to the second decimal, why is there no place for such small increments on the charts? They are all listed as 96.0, 96.1, 96.2, etc, not 96.01, 96.02, 96.03 etc. On a personal written chart you can estimate where it would be in the square, but not to accurately chart as an exact full temp. Is this making sense? I just want to be sure I'm doing this right, thanks!

What program are you using? I use FF and chart to the 2nd decimal. While there is no place for it on the chart, FF will put my circle in the middle of the box.
