If you're early or late, should you adjust you temp and then record the adjusted temp and then note the other one and why it was adjusted? Or is it more accurate to not adjust the temp and just make a note??

I think it is my accurate not to adjust them and make a note. I usually do this if I have a bad night and the kids wake me alot.

I have never adjusted my temps. I always just made a note of it on my chart and let FF do the work for me, lol.
