Throw out my temp from Wednesday? I was sick on Tuesday, nauseated all day and then threw up on Tuesday night. Could that have affected my waking temp, you think? I was so hopeful I'd finally o'ed, and now this morning, it was back down to 96.9.

I'd leave it if you got 3hours of sleep before taking your temp and it was taken at the usuall time you temp at .

Illness can definitely affect it. Even if you didn't get a full blown fever, your temp could have been raised because of the bug you had. Just mark it as disturbed because of that fact that you were sick, but leave it there.

I'd probably also mark down that you were sick and you can always mark it disturbed later
