I'm not sure if I should mark it as EWCM with spotting, just spotting, or what exactly. It's not enough bleeding to mark it as light flow, and that would start me on a new cycle anyway and I'm not sure if that's the case. But it's a lot more than the last time I had spotting, like a lot of EWCM sorta but it's mostly bright red with some brown (sorry if TMI) and then a couple of times over the last few days I've had a bit of clear EWCM. I'm so confused! And on top of that my temp is back down some after jumping way up yesterday, but that could be from waking up a lot during the night. So how exactly should I mark this on my chart?
