Okay, so if you switch time zones for like a week, and then switch even further the other way over the next week (we're driving across country to move with a 5 night stop in TX), how do you temp?

I mean, should I just not bother that month??

We'll be in VA, AL, LA, all for one night, then TX for 5 nights, and then one night in Arizona and one in Los Angeles before we finally get to Monterey.

I'm not sure I believe this but I read somewhere that your body adjusts quickly enough to the change that all you have to do is mark the first day or so as disturbed. Supposedly everything will fall into place after a day or 2.

WOW! That's a lot of traveling! I'm afraid I'm no help, but travel safely!
