tree lights do you put up? White or colored?

tree lights do you put up? White or colored?

Since this is our first married Christmas, DH wanted our tree to be different. It came pre lit with clear/white lights and he added purple lights (sold mainly at Halloween) to the tree. It looks nice.

Our's are white. They're just on our tree though... no lights on our building.

Ours too, we want to decorate outside but we're afraid they'll be iced in untill May!
