right now, all I am allowed to do is walk. But as soon as I am allowed to I will be doing pilates, yoga, lifting weights and being on the treadmill/elliptical as much as possible.

When it's not snowing here, I like to take DH for walks. I also have a Wii so I do Wii Fit and DDR2--that makes me really sweat.

I just run on the treadmill 5 times a week for about 30-45 minutes per day. I haven't been at this weight for over 3 years!

I've recently started exercising more. I've gained almost 10 lbs in the last few months and it kind of freaked me out, lol. It was totally noticeable to me (as it's my body and all). I'm also really really short (4'11"), so any extra weight seems much more noticeable than it would on a taller person.

Twice a week Seamus has gymnastics class and we walk there (mostly because I can't drive, lol), so that's some exercise.

I've also been trying to do our Wii Fit thing on a regular basis (which has Yoga and Aerobics).

Thankfully, I've already lost a few pounds... and I've noticed too.

DH has a gym in our basement, but I have to fight the boxer pup for time on the treadmill. I started giving her treats to get on and walk because I don't want to have to go out in a snowstorm this winter. Unfortunately I think I created a monster.

I'm trying to exercise more. We have an elyptical in the den so I really have no excuse not to. My intention is to use it at least 3 times a week, though in reality I only end up with once or twice most weeks. I tried a belly dancing dvd that I friend gave me yesterday, it was HARD! My abs are all mush.

I exercise 4-5 days per week. Mon and Thur I run, about 3 miles. Tue. is circuit training or intervals, when the pool opens up I will be going there. Wed. is spin class for an hour which I HATE! Thursday afternoon I do a second workout, usually some sort of circuit type training.

I just started going to the Y...I take cardio and zumba classes 3 days a week, but starting this week, I'll be doing that 3 days, then yoga/pilates 2 days a week. I also have a Wii Fit, though I've kind of slowed down on that some...it was hurting my feet!
