I went to bed around 1 AM and my daughter started fussing around 5 AM so I took my temp then and it was 97.7. I got her back to sleep within a few minutes and laid down again and took my temp just to see and it was 96. Then I woke up for good at 8:30 AM and I got a temp of 97.4. So which one should I use? Not really sure what I should do in this case.

I would think you would use your first temp. I was told that you need at least 4 hours of sleep before you can take your temp.

I am new at this, but I would use your temp closest to the time you normally temp and then note in the note section all of the temps.

I would use your first temp. I deal with the same issue alot. My baby is wakes once through the night.

Well normally she sleeps through the night but sometimes she just wakes up! But I forgot to mention that the night before I took that temp I had a glass and a half of wine. Would that affect the temp? We aren't TTC right now, just trying to figure out when I'm ovulating for when the time comes. Will someone look at my chart and tell me what the red lines are? The link is in my first post.

I would use the first temp since it was after your longest bit of sleep. THe last one you took you might have been in the middle of a sleep cycle when your temp would be the lowest, the other is more accurate because it shows your temp as it would naturally be beginning to rise back to normal body temp.

Wow, is that super low temp accurate? That is not normal body temp for anyone, at anytime! It looks like FF is saying you might have O'd. I think it is hard to say for certain. Maybe the day after FF would be O day, but you don't have CM to match it.

I'm assuming that temp was accurate. I don't know why it was so low....

Hmm it does say that I O'd on Sunday the 7th. DH and I DTD on Friday and Saturday......Saturday we pulled out...Friday we didn't. Is it possible to get pregnant still if he only ejaculated inside 2 days before I ovulated? We had sex on Sunday and Monday but we pulled out both times. If I am pregnant, what would my temps look like?

If you're not TTC then pulling out is NOT a good method of BC, up to 90% of his boys can be in the pre-ejaculate, which means you have a pretty good chance of getting pregnant. But yes, sperm can live up to 5 days. I believe the average time is 3 days.
