So I hit 97.9 today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so here's my question then: last night at dinner I had an alcoholic beverage at the Texas Road House. Could that have affected my temp this morning? I only had one and i had it with dinner. Just curious.....cause as excited as I am about a high temp,, it does seem a little too good to be true.....

I am curious about this as well. My temp should have gone up this morning, due to lack of sleep and two alcoholic bevs (the were light beers), but it dropped. I also couldn't fall asleep (probably from the alcohol, cause I do not normally drink) and it was still really low. I took my temp at my normal waking time, fell back to sleep and then took it again four hours later (after a typical length of sleep) and it was MUCH higher so I'm wondering which is more accurate...I'm on CD 17, so a rise is expected soon.

Arg!! Help. I am lost

I dont think one beverage would make your temp rise that much, especially if you had enough time to metabolize it, which if it was with dinner you should have finsihed processing it by morning.

Chart looks good.
