Wait and see. One temp in isolation isn't conclusive all by itself. It could be a fluke or caused by mouth breathing, colder than normal sleeping conditions, waking at a different time, etc. If your temp is still below the coverline tomorrow, then you are probably out...but the overall pattern is what matters, not one temp all by itself.
