Do you keep your house fairly dark at night, or do you turn all the lights on?

When I am sleeping it is dark. When we are hanging out it just depends, usually pretty dark msotly because we try to conserve energy.

When Dh is home, lights are mostly off, but when he is gone, a lot more are on because I'm not as comfortable

We use 2 lamps in the living room from dusk until bedtime. During the night, no lights are left on.
