Hi ladies. I need input from charting experts...

I'm on CD 11 today, this morning around 6am, I woke up with HORRIBLE AF cramps, on CD 11!!! And they weren't bowel movement, or whatever, I can make the difference. I thought for sure AF was here unbelievably early this cycle It lasted for a couple of hours. When I woke up a couple of hours later and took my temp, I went to the bathroom, I thought for sure I'd see blood but nope, it was EW CM... Think my supposed AF cramps were ovulation cramps?? I don't remember having them as strong as real AF cramps My friend did tell me that her ovulation cramps were almost as strong as AF cramps... I didn't take any pain killer because she told me whenever I have those cramps I shouldn't take anything, so I didn't... Right now my stomach is sensitive, as if AF had showed up...

What do you think?? I'm lost...

Here's the link to my chart: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/140f4d

My temp had been going up since tuesday but it started going down saturday... and it's this morning I had those AF-life cramps...

Very well could be ovulation cramps! How long is your cycle and your luteal phase, typically? CD 11 is a little early to ovulate, unless you've got a shorter (26 day) cycle. That little temp dip and the EWCM would also correspond with O, but you'll have to keep temping the next few days to know for sure. If temp shoots up and EWCM dries up, that was an O!

your body could be gearing up to O. Give it a few days though

SOme women get O pains a few days before the egg actually release. Some think that it is a the build up of CM that sort of stretches things and makes you uncomfy. Then when the CM begins to flow out the pain goes away. Or at least it is one reason for O pain, there are many different reason why Oing can hurt.

Looks like maybe you're dipping down pre-O? Hang in there, I hope you get some signs soon!
