My hubby had to go in to work early this morning, so I temped when his alarm went off which was almost 2 hrs earlier than normal. Of course my temp was really low. So I adjusted it and marked it on my chart. Is this what I should have done? Or should I leave the super low temp?

It should be okay to adjust it, you just don't want to do that too often.
