Hi ladies,
Sorry to butt in but I have a serious question for you. Okay so I normally have a 28-31 day cycle. Well in December I started on the 4th like normal (was a 30 day cycle that month) and it lasted about 5 days. I started taking my birth control again for about a week after that and actually took three one day because I had missed the day before and me and SO had an oopsie. Well on the 18th I stopped taking them (they make me really sick) and on the 19th I started my period again. I know it wasnt implantation bleeding because I literally soaked through two plus size tampons in one day (which I never do) and it lasted about 2 1/2 days.

My question is when should I expect my period around the first (going by my first period of last month) or around the 19th (going by my second period of the month)?
I havent started yet but I took a test the day before yesterday and it was negative (first response). I hate this because Im really OCD about my periods and it freaks me out not knowing when Im supposed to start.

Thanks ladies in advance.

Hi! In my experience with BCPills, sometimes when you start and come off of it as quickly as you do, you have something called Breakthrough bleeding! I would still go by your first period, but keep in mind that when you re-start taking pills and stop before you are supposed to it can sue your body to do some wild and wacky things!
Good Luck!

Below is my weightloss ticker. This is not for the pregnancy weight to come off as it has pretty much all came off. The rest of it is just what I've been wanting to loose for a while now to get back to my healthier weight!

Hi and !

When you take yourself off of a BC pill, you're removing a hormone from your body that tells your body when to have a period. Like, when you take your placebo pills to start your period, the lack of hormone in those pills is what tells your body it's time to have a period. Same with if you just stop taking it, your body will think it's time for a period, so that's pretty normal.

However, if your cycle don't return to normal soon, you might want to contact your doctor.

Good luck!
