For fertilty charting software. I learned to chart though the CCLi as a way to avoid pregnancy, but it was useful in achieving pregnancy too. They now have their own software, which I am guessing is safe to use when trying to avoid (which FF is NOT!).
Here is a link. I might buy this after I have the baby, since obviously FF doesn't cut it...rofl.

It's supposed to be a very good program. But no matter what charting program one uses, it's still necessary to follow the rules in order to TTA! LOL

rules schmules...lol

Who needs rules?

It is very hard for me to pass this pregnancy off as an 'oops'. I KNEW it was fertile time, but for everyone else I know IRL it is still an oops!

Who says you have to pass it off as an oops? It's nobodies business anyway. Besides, you can call it a last minute change of plans, the split second decision to TTC instead of TTA! I hate the term "oops" for babies. The only way I could see it being an oops is if you were jogging naked, tripped, and landed on another naked jogger and OOPS, got pregnant. Two consenting adults doing that which is historically and biologically known to make babies and they get a baby? That's no oops! LOL

Shawna, I totally agree with you, which is why 'oops' is in parenthesis. I am happy with this baby. DH was surprised, but he is happy too. THe problem is MY family, my mother of 7 children who thought I had enough when I had two. It kind of hurts me too. She wasn't happy with my first, I was unwed and still in college. She was happy with #2, that was fine, but the rest of them there was not much excitement. It really makes me sad. She loves them to death once htey are here, but she can't keep her comments to herself before then.

I guess I will just have to bite the bullet and tell everyone soon. But, like I said I am not looking forward to it.

You could allways let them figure it out on their own...

I know how you feel. We have 5 ourselves and the comments people make were always the worst part of pregnancy for me. Why can't people just share our joy, you know? I second the previous poster, just let people figure it out for themselves. I did that with #4 and #5, it was really funny!

Thanks for posting this, Meghan!

I know what you mean...I wish we could have an "oops"...because then people wouldn't think we're as crazy to have two so close together!
