So I got my 3rd raised temp this morning but I'm not too sure what to make of it.
I searched my house high and low last night and couldn't find my thermometer. So I got up this morning quick bathed my son [his diaper leaked last night] I just sat on the floor and quick washed him. I talked to my mom for a minute [didn't get worked up or anything.] + when I went in my room my thermometer was sitting on the bed. I quick temped and it was 97.44. So my question is, do you think in that 10 minutes my temp would have raised THAT much that I might not have gotten my cross hairs had I not temped after doing those things? Oh I hope this makes sense [:

In a situation like that, you would just mark today's temp as disturbed and wait for a 4th high tomorrow to confirm a thermal shift. Moving around for 10 minutes can definitely raise your temp enough to render it inaccurate for fertility tracking, so try not to put too much emphasis on today's temp. Every cycle is different, so anything is possible in terms of when ovulation occurs!

well i had yet another issue this morning! my son has been sleeping in til like 10 since i started charting again and now he decided he wants to start waking up at 8 again! so this monring my temp was 97.13 [2 hours earlier than usual] i used to temp corrector + it said 97.48 i marked that discarded it and left a note. but now if he keeps waking up early its gonna throw my whole chart off. what should i do? im thinking i might keep taking my temp just to not break the habit again. oh why do i have to always have so many problems [:
ETA: When I put 97.13 on my chart it still doesnt take away my crosshairs. is that a good thing? + my CM has dried up so do you think i DID O on Saturday?

When your temps are unreliable for whatever reason, you can confirm ovulation with CM only. If the CM did the 3 following things in the order listed, you had a Peak and that's associated with ovulation. If it did not do all 3 things, then you did not have a Peak and that likely mean you did not ovulation. For Peak, the CM has to:
1. Develop and change over a matter of days, feeling more wet
2. Produce a slippery feeling
3. Dry up abruptly (from feeling very slippery one day to feeling much drier the next day)
The last day you noticed a slippery feeling is the Peak day. It's possible for the slippery feeling to linger a day or two after the visible CM has disappeared. It's hard to evaluate your FF chart to see if your CM did everything it needed to, because FF relies heavily on the temps, which means it's CM categories are very limited. But not too much time has gone by since you had CM, so maybe you can remember what it was like and if it did all of those things?

well i know the 1-3 [cd9-11] i had to put on a panty liner because i felt like i was on my period there was SO much moisture + on the 4th [cd12] i had a huge chunk of ewcm then the next day it was more creamy now there nothing. so im thinking that that happened. this month is SO different from the last 6 months. i usually have around a 32 day cycle + O never even begins to show its face until around cd 18-20 so for me to have signs this early was really wierd.
ETA: I looked at my what to expect when your expecting calender from DS + We conceived him on CD 12 so maybe [: fingers crossed.

That wetness sounds very promising, any recollection if you felt slippery at any point? Did the gob of EWCM on CD12 give you a slippery feeling, or is it too hard to remember now?

Then no need to worry about the temps confirming ovulation, your CM just did it for you. CD12 was your Peak.
