when your temp jumps up is it to late than to get pregnant- I had a positive OPK this morning (Wed) we DTD last night and this morning, but my temp did not jump- but my OPK was very positive this morning- but now husband won't be home til Friday am I going to miss the window?

If you got a positive OPK this morning, you covered it by DTD last night and today. OPKs should be positive 12-24 hours before ovulation. Your temp will probably jump tomorrow. Good luck!!!!

IF you are having fertile CM that will help keep the spermies alive long enough for fertilization to happen if you O within the next few days.
