Hi Ladies,
Maybe a dump question but do you put the thermo. under your tongue or just inside your mouth?
If i put it under my tongue it usually touches inside my mouth.Does it change the temp?

I know with me it does change the readying but I don't think it matters as long as its the same everyday. Its not so much the actual temp you are looking at but rather an overall pattern.

You need to put it under your tongue, just like you were if you were taking your temp normally.

I always take my temp in the same position and on the same side of my mouth under my tongue. Consistency is the key!

There's a "heat pocket" under your tongue that you want to aim for. It's the closest to your actual core body temp. Yes, temps can vary in different locations in your mouth.
