Okay, this morning's temp was 1 hour and 20 minutes early. It was 97.48. The adjusted is 97.75.

My room wasn't warm or anything different. I'm not sick. I did take a sleeping pill but I don't think that has an effect. I guess I'll see what it does tomorrow.

It could just be a fluke. One temp doesn't mean anything, wait and see what the next few days bring - it's the pattern that matters. The fact that your CM has only been "sticky" is also a big fat huge indication that ovulation hasn't happened yet.

Yeah, CM would definitely not support O. Hopefully it'll go back down tomorrow. O needs to hold off for at least a week.

Ugh I think I Oed. Had a temp dip this morning and spotting which I always have on O day. Oh well. We'll see in the morning. If so, maybe next month.
