Temps and not being able to fall back asleep

Last night, I was excited because I was getting all of the major signs of O, and we timed DTD perfectly...
So, last night, I had a hard time sleeping...

Normally, I wake up at 6:30am, but because I couldn't sleep all that well, I ended up waking up at 4:30am...and still laying there...I think I was pretty much 50% awake, 50% asleep...where the time goes by pretty fast, but not as fast as if I was actually asleep...so, I was definitely resting - and not moving...then, I felt more awake, looked at the clock, and it was 6:20am...so I decided to temp...got 97.50, which is pretty high compared to my normal temps - but not super high...

So, we were going to DTD tonight (but it might be tough if DH gets home as late as he has been on the weekdays lately)...but, do you think I've Oed already...am definitely getting all the signs lining up - but still no + OPK...

What do you think?

I'm no chart expert but I'd probably say that you're probably either O'ing or on your way to O'ing. I'm pretty sure some of the more educated ladies on here can give you a better interpretation though.
