Well i'm not currently TTC right now but i have a question that is going to make me sound like an idiot haha. But I got my period on the 15th of january and it ended on january 20th. So when i go to do my ovulation chart and try to pinpoint my cycle and everything when it asks when the first day of my last period is would i say the 15th or 20th?

I just never understood the question. do they wanna know the first day it started or the first day it ended?

always the day your period started. I count day 1 as the first day I need to wear a pad.
