Neither - the Fertility Awareness setting tends to show fewer false interpretations.

Really? I didnt know that

I read it and its preferred for people who have regular cycles or who know their cycles. I dont konw mine yet :lo:

I switched my chart to FAM and it didn't change anything but when I switch it to the Advanced it takes away CH's. I have them on all of the methods except the Advanced method. I thought it was weird.
