Hi Ladies,
I have been charting quite a while now. I had my temp this morning it went below coverline.I was 14dpo today. At 2:30 AF showed up, so do i put today`s date for Cyle1 or tomorrrow`s?
My LP is 14 days always. So if today is CD1 ,then my LP is 13 days for this month?
Sorry if i am confused i actually am trying to send my chart..

Was it a heavy flow? I record CD1 as the first day of my heavy mentrual flow.

Yes ,it is very heavy. It started all of sudden.
You know it is said your LP doesnt change, My Af comes always after 14 dpo. Sometimes during the day , sometimes in the morning very early. Is it related to exact Ovulation time?For ex, i O`ed at 2:30 so i got Af at 2:30??

LPs normally can change by +/- 1 day.

Yeah, it's normal to have LP's change by a day or two, they can vary. I would mark your first fully day of bleeding as CD 1.
