I've got the Flu and haven't been able to sleep for two nights cos of blocked nose and breathing through my mouth. I am pretty sure I ovulated CD 15 (EWCM, ov pains, high cervix) but I couldn't take a proper temp today and doubt I'll get any for a few more mornings (not accurate ones anyways). SO annoying as I am taking B6 and Agnus Castus to lengthen my luteal phase but I won't know now if its working if I can't accurately know my ovulation day.

Anyhoo...just here to rant! I know there is no 'answers' or solutions!

Seperated June 2010 from my husband. One daughter DOB 26/07/2006. BFP 06/01/2011, due september but 'high risk' for premature birth.

Hi. Im Jolene. 31 years old. I suffered three years of a short luteal phase and didnt think I could get pregnant again without medical assistance but fell pregnant by accident and naturally. I am really happy and excited to be having a baby although knowing Im going it alone this time is a bit daunting and scary!

I'm so sorry! I hope you feel better soon!!!! Have you thought about temping vaginally? Then you don't have to worry about whether you breathe through your mouth or not. It's pretty easy, but just make sure that you don't switch between the two in any given cycle.
