Hi all, I'm going to start temping this cycle. FF mentions alcohol and smoking can affect temps. I know smoking increases metabolism, so a regular smoker would be a little above baseline all the time, but what about alcohol? I drink on weekends and wondering how long alcohol would affect temp after sleeping for 8 hours, if at all.
I drink occasionally and it dont think it has affected my temps much, if at all. I still get at least 3 to 4 hours of sleep on the nights that I do drink
I'm not really sure....I would think if you drink heavily, to the point where you're hungover, that it would make a difference, and also if you don't get enough sleep.
