I'm probably worrying too early but none the less I'm worried. All my OPK's since Friday have been negative and now I'm on CD 13. I did 2 today, one at 1 this afternoon and one just now (9PM).
I don't chart my basal temperature since my sleep pattern is so incredibly erratic, but I pay very close attention to CM changes. I've used rhythm method for birth control for the better part of 10 years now, not to mention every single time I tried to get pregnant I did so I've been under the assumption I have a pretty decent understanding of my cycles. And I am having the standard CM changes now.
I feel like I'm a day or two from ovulating based on my physical symptoms but the OPK's aren't showing anything! Could I ovulate without an LH surge showing up? I know it's not exactly late for there to be a surge but the instructions say it would show up 24-48 hours before ovulation. I haven't really bothered with OPK's before and I don't know what made me decide to this time. Now it's just going to make me crazy. I just can't get my mind off it.
Any ideas on how to quit worrying?

Last time I had a pregnancy I had a 4-hour window with a positive opk. It's very possible to miss it.

Hi! That does make me feel better to know the window is so small and could easily be missed. I used my last test today and the line came up darker than the past few days but still not as dark as the control line so it counts as a negative. I didn't feel like buying another box when I was out tonight. DH is getting tired lol but I'll let him rest in a few days.
Thanks for letting me know, that seriously takes a load off my mind.

And I'm curious, what do the little emoticons in everyone's signature of pillow-fighting smiley faces mean?

with Angela, some peoples surges are for 24-48 hours, some are only for a few hours. Last cycle mine was for 3 days.

Good luck!

There are pillow fight PMs going around, that's where people are getting them from.
