How much does 1.5 hours affect your temp?


Of course my phone dies and the alarm doesn't go off on the most important CD, right?


I really think O happened yesterday. WDYT?

They say you can adjust your temp .2 degrees for every hour I believe. Even with that adjustment, you would still have a temp spike. I bet you did ovulate yesterday.

According to FF, for every half an hour late you temp, you deduct .1 degrees, for every half an hour early you temp, you add .1 degrees to your temp. It does seem like you O'ed on CD18
