I have just started temping and already I think I am messing it up. I have temped for only 4 days but they have varied widely. I take my temp at roughly the same time every morning. I have this thermometer http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001AM43VY

Sometimes I hit snooze before taking my temp. Is that messing me up?

I'm not really quite sure based off of 4 temps. I hit the snooze button sometimes too, sometimes my temps might be a little off but not by a whole lot.

Yes, your temps are all over the place, but they are still well within the range of pre-ovulation temps. Don't worry about it. After a while, you'll start to see a pattern.

Good luck!

AF just left too, your temps tend to be more erratic during your period. If your temps don't seem to level out this month and you have a hard time seeing a pattern you might want to temp vaginally next month to see if that helps.
