I just signed up for a Fertility friend account and I have already messed my chart up bad. Is there any way of resetting the chart. I have searched all over FF to see if I can reset everything and I cant seem to find a way.

You can just go through and delete your entered data.

You can "Delete a Cycle" under "Cycles" in the menu bar to the left. Doing so will fully delete all entered data for that cycle.
