Hi ladies! I am sorry to bust into your board like this.....but I think I am going to go batty if I can't get my chart figured out! I was REALLY hoping y'all in all your expertise could help me, please!

I have PCOS and am TOTALLY annovulatory. Well, 3/13/09 I had a laparoscopy and wedge resection (he took 1/3 of each of my ovaries!) and at my follow up appt a week later he said that after that I should O or start AF any time now. I have been having EWCM for the first time in my life, I think. But OPK's are all BLARING negative. I have heard OPK's don't work with PCOS???? First my chart looks like I'm gonna O....then it looks like AF is gonna start. My bbs have been very sore and I have been having ovary pain like NONE OTHER the past two days. (no pain immediately post op) I just went to the bathroom a lil bit ago and I had pink tinged EWCM. What is going on?!?!? Would you ladies mind taking a look at my chart and telling me what you think is happening? Please?? To me it just looks like a dumb, normal PCOS chart. But I "feel" like SOMETHING is happening....I just can't figure out what. Thank you so much!!!

I think your body is probably gearing up to ovulate. Keep tracking and charting, I think it will happen soon!

I agree--either that, or your body is just really messing with you! I would think it's been more than long enough that this wouldn't be left over spotting or remnants from the scope....

I hope you O--how exciting would that be???

Oh, and BTW, I didn't know you're a LPN--I am too! I work at an OB/GYN office.

Ohhh! I hope I O'd!! My temp went way up this AM!!! You think, maybe??

Yup, I'm an LPN. I used to work for my (ex) Dr. For the past three years I have been the supervisor for a daycare for adults with developmental disabilities. I love it here! I work 7-3 Mon-Fri.....no weekends.....no nites.....no holidays.....snow days off PAID. And my main purpose is just to "BE" here. Licensing regulations state there must be a nurse on staff at all times. So, I just supervise my direct care staff, kiss the occasional boo-boo and hand out the occasional Tylenol. Oh, and I write bi-annual care plans on my individuals.

Thank you, girls! You are so helpful! I am still not any clearer on what is going on with me with the last few days temps. I had more pink tinged EWCM yesterday....more than the day before....but it was intermittent (there one time and not the next). All the O pains have gone away. But my temp went back down this AM. I just don't know what to think. I am getting so frustrated and thinking the lap did NOTHING for me and my body is still acting like a typical, dumb PCOS body.

Thank you, Ashley.

Well, FF gave me DOTTED crosshairs today. And says CD 43. But honestly, I'm not buying it. If you look at my overlay....this cycle is matching my last (annovulatory) cycle IDENTICALLY. So, I don't have my hopes up. I just wish 4/15 would hurry up and come so that I can have my 4 week post-op appt and get Provera and Femara from my doc and get the next cycle going.

Thank you for your help. I really appreciate it.
