Hi ladies. I am so happy to say that I am coming to join you! I finally got AF after having my MIrena taken out Feb.25th. I have a stupid qustion. I know that your cycle starts on the 1st day of AF, but does it start if you start out spotting or when its heavy?Thanks for your help and GL with your BFPs!!

Don't count the spotting. Count the first day of normal flow.

Even if it's just a light flow. If it requires a pad or tampon then it's day 1 of a new cycle.

Welcome, Erica! I second what the other have said about the first day of natural flow. That is exactly what I have heard from others. Good luck!
