if I should disregard today's temp. I always take my temp at 5 am. ALWAYS. Most nights, I do wake up, but never get out of the bed. I just drift back to sleep. Last night was one of those nights that I would wake up a few times, but go back to sleep. Would that cause such a huge rise in my temp this am? Thanks for looking.

Actually look at my chart. I have a huge rise too and that's supposed to be a good sign!
But just to be sure I would click the sleep deprived button on FF
